Copy this exactly how it looks onto your paper and wait for further instructions! Students were given 5 minutes to transform the number "4" to something else. Check out what they came up with! After learning about our tendencies as individuals working in groups, we spent time brainstorming ways to problem solve when issues arise during group work. We also set goals for this upcoming year. To practice our new collaboration skills, we got to try the building challenge one more time to see if we could get better results.
What rules or guidelines do you think we should follow when working in groups?
**Great job following the posting guidelines this week, Hawks! Much better than last week- thank you!** 20 marshmallows, 10 toothpicks, 2 straws... Working in random groups, students were given the challenge to work together to build the tallest structure they could with the materials given! What do you think about working in groups? Do you like it or not? Why?
**HARVEST STUDENTS LOST THEIR PRIVILEGE OF USING THE COMPUTERS TODAY BECAUSE STUDENTS DID NOT FOLLOW POSTING GUIDELINES** |
